Our Choir

Saint Romanos Choir

51 Steps

We come from all walks of life, as volunteers, to offer our talents to the Church.  Some of us have vocal training; most of us don't.  Some of us have been lifelong Catholics; some of us have come to the faith more recently.  Some of us are old, and some of us are young.  All of us climb the 51 steps to the choir loft to sing together.

We have all come to believe that when we sing the words of Sacred Scripture, in unison with the Church -- and together with each other -- then we are God's voice in the world, even if only for a moment.

If you've ever caught yourself humming a tune from Mass, or basked in the beauty of a piece that this or another liturgical choir has sung, or wished for the words to pray with more heart, then please consider joining our choir.  No tryouts.  Just fill out the contact form on this website.
